退款政策

1. Overview

Silk & Spark offers a mix of physical goods, digital AI readings, expert consultations, and subscription memberships. Refund eligibility differs by product type. This policy supplements Section 6 of our Terms of Service.

2. Physical Products

  • Full refund within 30 days of delivery for unused items in original packaging.
  • Return shipping paid by the buyer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
  • Approved refunds credit the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

3. Digital AI Readings & One-Time Reports

AI-generated astrology analyses, tarot spreads, and fusion reports are non-refundable once delivered, because the service is rendered immediately and the result cannot be returned.

If an AI generation fails due to a technical error on our side (e.g. Edge Function outage, empty response), credits are automatically restored to your account. If this did not happen, contact support@silkandspark.com within 7 days with your reading ID.

4. Expert Consultations

  • Reschedule up to 24 hours before the session at no cost.
  • Cancellations inside 24 hours forfeit 50% of the booking fee.
  • No-shows are non-refundable.
  • If an expert cancels or does not join, you receive a full refund or free rebooking.

5. Subscriptions & Memberships

  • First 7 days after renewal: prorated refund for the unused portion on request.
  • After 7 days: subscription remains active until the end of the paid period; no further refund issued.
  • Cancel anytime via Dashboard → Membership. Cancellation stops future renewals.

6. Yearly Forecast & Premium Unlocks

Yearly forecast purchases and one-time premium unlocks are treated as digital services (Section 3) and are non-refundable once the full report is generated. Refund requests submitted before the full report is viewed will be honored within 7 days of purchase.

7. How to Request a Refund

  1. Email support@silkandspark.com from the address on your account.
  2. Include the order ID and reason for the refund.
  3. For physical goods, attach a photo of the unused product.
  4. Expect a response within 2 business days.

8. Chargebacks

Please contact us before initiating a chargeback with your card issuer. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in account suspension until the dispute is resolved.
